London’s newest and only craft microbrewery, Forked River Brewing Company announces their upcoming grand opening in the spring of 2013.

Forked River is planning to cater to London and area beer enthusiasts with all-natural, unfiltered, and unpasteurized products.

In a statement from the company, they take “pride in using only the finest quality water, malt, hops, and yeast in their beer. Recipes have been developed with no preservatives and the beer is unpasteurised to preserve the flavour the brewers intended. Made in London for London.”

David Reed, Andrew Peters, and Steve Nazarian, are all London residents and Western graduates who have a passion for handcrafting beer. An engineer and two microbiologists, their professional backgrounds form a perfect union of the technical expertise integral to making great beer.
